Our Support Centre is open Monday to Thursday for a warm meal, shower, fresh clothing, and one-to-one support. We can even help them find a new home. If you are seriously concerned for the health or wellbeing of someone please ring them an ambulance. Find more information here. Only if they are over 25. UNDER 25? Please also ask them to ring the council on 0161 234 1081 for a homelessness assessment, this is the first step in receiving help from the council. FURTHER SUPPORT DURING COLD SEASONS If you are worried about a rough sleeper, particularly during cold weather, you can call the Rough Sleeper Team on 0161 234 5339. Or, for out of hours (after 4:30pm), 0161 234 5001. Alternatively, you can visit Street Support to find out about other support that’s available in the city.
